These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application Document Reader - PDF Editor (the “App”), related websites, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Possitive Store (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you confirm that:

You are at least 16 years old, or
You have parental/guardian consent to use the Services, and
You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may NOT:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
Use the App for illegal purposes.
Exploit bugs, cheats, or vulnerabilities.
Redistribute or resell our App or Services.

3. Advertisements (Google AdMob)

Our App contains third-party advertisements provided by Google AdMob and its partners. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

Ads may appear in banner, interstitial, rewarded, or native formats.
Ad providers may collect device information (e.g., Advertising ID, IP address) as described in our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for third-party ad content or external websites.

If you do not want personalized ads, you may disable ad personalization in your device settings.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Our App offers optional paid subscriptions (“Subscription”), which may include:

Weekly, monthly, yearly, or lifetime plans.
Auto-renewing subscriptions processed via Google Play or Apple App Store.

Auto-Renewal

Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew.

Canceling Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via:

Google Play: Play Store → Subscriptions
Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Refunds

All refunds are governed by Google Play or Apple policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5. User Content

If you upload, submit, or share content in our App, you grant us a worldwide license to use, store, and display that content in connection with our Services.

You must NOT upload content that is:

Hateful, abusive, or discriminatory.
Illegal, violent, or sexually explicit.
Copyrighted content you do not own.

We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content at any time.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

App crashes
Device damage
Financial loss from misuse of the App
